Yarn (Pima)

Colored Pima and Brown Cotton:

These colored balls and skeins have been hand dyed in batches. I receive Pima cotton yarn in the form of 1 lb cones. After dividing up the cones into balls and skeins, I dye to get two different effects. The skeins and balls are rewound into balls to be sold as is or I use them to make garments. Each (Ne = 3) or 6/2s, 4 oz, 630 yards colored ball retails at $25.00. It is to be used on a bulky knitting machine between needle sizes 0 and 3, or higher settings on a standard knitting machine or for weaving and crocheting. It takes roughly one week to complete the process of dyeing yarn from start to finish. Choose from the colors below for custom garments.
